The platform provides structured research topics, methodological guidance, expected outcomes, and references to engineering tools and scientific resources.
Its initial research portfolio focuses on the current and future development needs of Azerbaijan's electricity sector, with opportunities for broader international academic and industrial collaboration.
The 2027–2030 programme starts with nine research directions. The planned first portfolio is 45 Bachelor and 45 Master topics; catalogue counts always reflect actual published records.
Development programme
2027: establish the bank and editorial workflow. 2028: develop academic collaboration. 2029: expand research resources. 2030: broaden the research portfolio. Student reservations and institutional accounts are future phases.
